Our Vision & Mission

Habooba exists to build the next generation of intelligent ventures. We are an AI Startup Studio: a place where models, infrastructure, and product thinking are assembled into real companies that do real work. Not decks. Not demos. Shipped software that earns its keep on day one.

We believe applied AI is the single largest lever of this decade, and that the highest-leverage way to wield it is to build ventures, not services. So we invest our engine, our product DNA, and our capital directly into the companies we launch, instead of charging admission fees to entrepreneurship.

We don't “build and bounce” when the first model ships. We stay onboard, tuning the product, the data flywheel, and the economics as the venture grows. The goal isn't to deliver code. The goal is to launch a company that keeps winning after we step back.

The Dual-Track Studio: Originators & Co-Founders

We are not consultants; we are Founders. Habooba operates on two distinct tracks, with one AI engine powering both.

First, we are Originators. We identify markets where AI fundamentally rewrites the playbook and invent our own AI-native companies from scratch, fully founded and funded by the studio. Pals Social, Ellevian, Orda Labs, and ViralZilla were all conceived, built, and launched inside the studio. This is the proof that we don't just execute other people's visions — we have the product DNA to build our own.

Second, we act as Co-Founders for select external partners. We bring the same AI engine — the models, infrastructure, and product playbook that power our internal ventures — and invest it into domain experts who own the customer and the operational edge. Same obsession. Same architectural rigor. Same skin in the game.

Market-Killer Pricing & Investment

Our business model is deliberately flexible because our goal is to deploy a “market killer” pricing strategy specific to each venture's industry. We don't force a rigid structure; we study the economics of the sector and design a revenue model that gives the product an unfair advantage. We replace the standard agency invoice with a shared-success architecture tuned to real market dynamics.

For high-volume marketplaces, we may deploy a pass-through transaction fee that costs the operator nothing. For high-ticket professional services, we may use success-based milestones. For AI-native products, we frequently take usage- or outcome-based share. By removing upfront development costs, we guarantee that our incentives live or die with the venture: if the product doesn't win, we don't get paid.

The Path to Independence

Finally, we believe in partnerships, not prisons. While we design our AI engine and infrastructure to power ventures for the long haul, we understand that true ownership is the ultimate goal of every founder.

We offer a clear, contractual buyout option for every co-founded venture.* If a partner's company eventually outgrows the studio model, they have the right to purchase the source code, trained models, intellectual property, and full control of the platform outright. We build to empower the next generation of AI-native companies, ensuring that our partners always hold the keys to their own destiny.
